Well, today’s our first day online. Yay.

What a day. I went to the county recorder’s office to file the Deed of Reconveyance on my last house. They guy told me he can’t/wont do it. I asked him if he was making legal determination. He said “no”. What a joke.

Anyway, so I went and got the legal council for Lane County’s contact information.

Went home and cranked out a 35 page lawsuit in a couple hours. I’m on fire! This is what it looks like:

So, I then sent off the lawsuit with a letter to the Legal Council. The letter is a “intent to litigate” letter. Basically, I am telling her that I will sue Lane County for $499,999 plus legal fees because her employees are doing legal determinations. Here’s my 35 page lawsuit I will be filing against you. I am giving you the opportunity to deal with this civilly before we go into unpleasantries. I am giving her 72 hours to contact me.
