Securitization Audit

As a Plaintiff in a civil action against your lender, you bare the burden of proof is bored by the Plaintiff.

If you can not/do not bring sufficient evidence before the court in your case, then it is subject to dismissal.  Sadly, most of pro se cases are dismissed before they see the light of day.  The bank would rather have your case dismissed rather than be forced to admit their fraud in court.

We all know that your bank has securitized your loan.  It’s one thing to “know” they did it, it’s another to accuse that they did it without proof in court.

We have found a company who can get it done for $1,595. Most Attorneys’ charge between, $2000 and $3000 for the same service, and, they can get it done within 21 days!  The thing is, banks absolutely HATE these Securitization Audits! And if they HATE it, we want it. Remember, it is our job to build as strong a case as possible so that when you submit your case to the court, they “tap out” because they know they have little chance of winning.

The beauty with this auditing company is that if they can not find any securitization of your loan, your cost will only be $350….ie. You get a refund of $1245 back.

Please note, this price reflects a “per loan” basis.

Please also note that this service is provided by a third party service provider.  We only market the service.

Here is a sample of what a Securitization Audit looks like.

To order a securitization audit, click on the Order button below.

Non Member Price $1595.  Member Price $1295 (Order in Module 5).

Ps. The cost of membership is only $350.

Gerald, thank you for helping struggling homeowners.

Unfortunately, my program is designed as a pro se “do it yourself” tool. The homeowner needs to be willing to do this on their own…and you can not do it for them…otherwise you will be practicing law.

We have an affiliate program in which if you refer clients to us, we will pay you $120 per $350 sale made.

    HI,

I am in GA and I am a real estate investor focussed on putting people back into their homes.. currently I am doing this by buying their property from the bank @ the foreclosure (50% of the value) and letting them live with a affordable payment. I am really interested in helping them own their own homes free & clear. Can you help me??

    George,

I received a “Writ of Possession” last Wednesday, September 29, 2010 demanding me to move by October 13, 2010 via the local Sheriff Department. How do I stay in my property legally and not get forced out and my items put on the street? I am saving to provide a donation for your program (ETA 14-30 Days).

    Hi George,

Have you heard of Jurisdictionary. They seem to be on the peoples’ side and claim to show you how to win in court by teaching the basic rules of court procedure.

I have just subscribed to them and I am learning a lot. It should help with the court procedure that you are teaching.

This is my affiliate link to their web site: http://www.jurisdictionary.com/index.asp?refercode=BM0008.

    Kind regards
    Mark
