Dear George,
I am not an attorney or any kind of legal professional. I am not looking to get anyone in trouble or hurt anyone in anyway. I was in the mortgage business for over eight years and I am currently in foreclosure on two loans due to lack of income. My first is with IndyMac (OneWest) and my second is with Bank of America, I understand that you are not providing legal advise, but this looks like it is a simple procedure. I just write two letters to the lender using your examples on your page http://www.freeandclearin90.com/resources/sample-documents/ and then set up a civil petition in court? Please let me know.
What you are doing is great. banks are not interested in helping people with this mess that they themselves created.

Quote I’ve read everything on this website, listened to all of the messages, i recently sent out a letter to boa, {your initial letter} and i want to join your website. I live in NJ and as you know it is a judicial state, i am contimplating not paying my mortgage this month for the first time and very unconfortable with this but with all the recent head lines, i think im ready to take this journey. I also know that my original mortgage document was not completely filled out{ they called me after the closing and said i didnt sign everything, after the closing, i told them i wouldnt sign anything else, i never heard from them again}. My question is, and its only one before i join, how long should i be prepared to fight this fight,,again im in nj, a judicial state.

I am working here locally (Utah) with several students that are just waiting for their judgments to be signed. This system works if you work it.

Georges information has been a great help. Thanks to all his work We have been able to fight back. It has been good. I am currently at a stand still due to me trying to find out more info on a bankruptcy court. I want to file in the bankruptcy court with out actually fileing bankruptcy. After that I am back on tract and ready to go. Thank you George.

Hello George. I appreciate you making this information available for all to see. I am in Ohio (judicial state). I have 2 mortgages (in good standing) on my primary residence. I was unable to find any information in your ebook or website that address my situation. You do say it can be done, but no information as to how. Please shed a little light as the the initial process for judicial states with mortgages in good standing.

tomorrow I am filing my Motion and Order for Default Judgement. I have not received a response form the Servicing Company (America’s Servicing Company) within the 30 days allowed for answers to Civil cases. I am in Georgia and will keep you advised of my progress.

First of all I would like congratulate your on your recent success and would also like to thank you for all your hard work and dedication in helping others. This is my 3rd week on the program, I send my first letter about 2 weeks ago and today I received the response from my lender and I recieved exactly what you said, a copy of the note. I will be sending my 2nd letter before the end of the week. Before I join your program, I have been seaching for a program that is credible, so far, your program is the only one that I am getting result. I tried short sale, loan modification and other program out there but I was never successfull. With your help I go all the way with this and I will recommend the program with my friends and relatives.

I was researching similar methods and strategies, for about 18 months now, and I can confidently say that this method is lawful, its valid and it’s works!
The main problem I had, before I started, that all of the others sources and organizations, I have been in contact with, do not give you whole picture, or simple step by step instructions of how to start and where to start. They all say that “.. you have to realize Truth, and nobody can do it for you, and bla, bla, bla…” (One of my relatives won 4 properties over the last 12 months, and even he did not disclose to me how to do this process on your own(!!!))
George’s program, not just so easy to comprehend and grasp, but it gives you instructions in perfect order. He is very honest, open, and very honorable person. He is very accessible and responsive. You can get an complete and detailed answer to your questions the very same day.
The main point is, you can do it yourself, period. Nobody will “babysit” you, but if you put your heart and energy and passion, with all of the help from this course, you will win!

I have read everyones comments about George’s program and they ALL hit the nail on the Head. If you are one of the many people out there that may loose their home, YOU SERIOUSLY NEED TO READ GEORGE’S BOOK! This program has given me hope. Bad things happen in life, but loosing your home shouldn’t be one of them. I lost my job of 24 yrs last July and exhausted all my 401k trying to stay afloat. I had a buddy trying to help save my home, but it was taking way to long. So he directed me to George’s website and I’m so glad he did. Sense I’ve started his program, George has supported me by answering any of my questions or concerns. HE IS IN HONOR AND FAITH, we should all do the same. I have the pleasure of personally knowing George and have watched in amazement as he streamlines and tightens up his process to near perfection. i have been through several different seminars and many web site for information like this. everyone was like throwing a deck of cards in the air, the info was there….SOMEWHERE…you just had to pick them all out and put them in order. when you are in the midst of an issue you just don’t have the time to do this. I LOVE THIS PROGRAM !!!!! george is complete in his program. he gives you the deck of cards all stacked together in perfect order. he always answers my questions or directs me to where i can get the answer. i am in the middle of my process and am completely confindent in it. wiith goerge’s process i finally feel safe and confident in what i am doing. keep working hard george
